Merry-go-round

While we were at my Grandma's house on Tug Lake we went to the park everyday. At the playground we found a Merry-go-round. I hadn't seen one of those in years, they are so much fun. I think that I had as much fun as Tristan.

Kaili and Dan's House

While we were in Merrill we visited my cousin Kaili and her husband Dan and got to see their new house. It is really cute and they have been fixing it up themselves! The best part is their yard. It has tons of space for running and a creek. Their two dogs really enjoy the space and Tristan really enjoyed playing with the dogs. The only down-side is that it takes three hours to mow their lawn!

The Dunn County Fair

This August we got into the my parents' minivan and spent two days driving, with the two boys, to Wisconsin. We had two weddings to attend and one week in between to spend with friends in Menomonie and Grandma in Merrill. The first Friday and Saturday we hung out with my friends Tiff, Jeff, Jake, Sara, Lauren, Amy and Janette. We went out Friday night and then to the Dunn County Fair with the kids on Saturday. Tristan had fun seeing all the animals and it was great to see Tiff and Jeff's little man Max.

Bear Creek Greenbelt

My parents live in front of Bear Creek Greenbelt. It is a great area with bike and walking trails, several ponds, prairie dogs, and at times, elk! The other day Tristan and I went for a long walk, throwing stones into the creek, running down trails, and his favorite, walking over bridges.
